What Dilate is
Dilate puts a semi-transparent Gabor patch — a soft, striped focus target — over your phone's live camera view. You look through it while doing simple gaze-holding exercises, turning the world in front of you into a moving eye-training backdrop.
Dilate is a focus-and-relaxation exercise, not a medical device or treatment. It does not diagnose, cure, or correct any condition. If you have an eye-health concern, see a qualified professional.

Private by design
