These terms govern your use of the Dilate mobile app ("Dilate", "the app"). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Dilate provides general focus and relaxation exercises for entertainment and wellness. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and is not a substitute for professional eye care. Use of the app is at your own discretion; consult a qualified professional for any eye-health concern.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the app store's terms.
Dilate offers an optional PRO subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed through your app store account, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your app store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Refunds are handled by the app store under its policies.
Do not misuse the app: no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, no attempts to disrupt the service, and no use that violates applicable law. Do not use the camera overlay while driving or in any situation where it is unsafe to be looking at your phone.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, in the app.

This is a good-faith starting template, not legal advice. Have qualified counsel review it before publication — especially the subscription, liability, and governing-law provisions for your jurisdiction and the app stores' requirements.
